She has these all over her chest and upper back, no blister/top, slightly raised, started last night as flesh colored.

My 3yo son we believe has impetigo, very mild case(our first exp with that, hopefully last!!), but we've been treating it since within 24hrs of the presence of what we believe was a blister. My MIL thought it might be an impetigo rash, but it really doesn't look like it to me...at least not typical. No new soaps or places in the last few weeks.

Ok, this is what I asked on another board, but now, we have this: E(first to have it) is already losing the rash, but 3 of my others now have it.

No fevers, illness, and I'm sure it's not CP, like I hoped when I first saw the spots LOL.

Any Ideas? Suggestions?
